The Great Room,
situated on the second floor, houses the dining area and large living
area. This allows for the viewing of both sunset and sunrises through
the spansive windows, while allowing you to enjoy a magnificent
breakfast or a romantic night in front of the fireplace. Additionally,
these views may be enjoyed by traveling out to it's deck, which
also spans the entire length of the house.
And in case
the view from the second floor isn't splendid enough, there is a
third story deck accessible from an exterior spiral staircase.
A full size
bar seating area separates the kitchen from the Great Room. The
kitchen is completely modern, equipped with a dishwasher, full size
refrigerator, full size stove and oven, and a microwave. The only
thing you will need in this room is the food, as the drinking water
is also included.
There are 3
1/2 bathrooms throughout the house. A full bath has been installed
in the Master Suite. An additional 1/2 bath is conveniently located
off the Great Room. And on the first floor, one of the bedrooms
has a full bath all to itself, while the second bedroom shares the
common first floor full bath.
